Kussmaul Temperature Display - TG-3
The Kussmaul Temperature Display - TG-3 is a watertight digital temperature monitoring instrument designed to monitor high-temperature conditions in air fill stations, medical supply compartments, and other temperature-sensitive areas on fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. Featuring three-zone temperature monitoring, the TG-3 continuously monitors connected sensors and displays temperature readings in either Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Independent high- and low-temperature alarms can be programmed for each connected sensor. When an alarm condition is detected, the built-in 85 dB audible alarm sounds and the display flashes to alert personnel. The LCD display provides five selectable levels of backlighting for improved visibility, while setup information, calibration constants, and alarm settings are stored in nonvolatile memory.
The TG-3 can be configured to provide either an external alarm output or standard NMEA 0183 serial data output through the screw terminal connection. The waterproof face fits a standard 2.125-inch instrument opening, and the unit includes one remote temperature sensor with a 20-foot cable for installation.
