The Kussmaul Super Auto Eject is an automatic shoreline disconnect designed specifically for fire apparatus, rescue vehicles, ambulances, and other emergency or specialty vehicles that do not have a starter signal available to initiate shoreline ejection. The system automatically disconnects the AC shoreline connection before the vehicle departs the station, helping protect electrical connections and eliminate the risk of driving away while still connected to shore power.

Instead of relying on a starter signal, the Super Auto Eject is connected to the vehicle's brake light circuit. When the driver applies the foot brake before shifting the vehicle into gear, the eject mechanism automatically disconnects the shoreline. An internal switch prevents the eject solenoid from operating when a shoreline plug is not detected.

Available in 15-amp and 20-amp, 120 VAC configurations, the Super Auto Eject features a completely sealed design for dependable operation in demanding emergency vehicle environments. Multiple weatherproof cover colors are available to match vehicle specifications and apparatus color schemes, with yellow serving as the default cover color.
